Ich vermiete meine geliebte Altbauwohnung unter, da ich mich aktuell beruflich in München aufhalte.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 48m2 groß und voll mobeliert (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Induktionskochfeld, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine, Fernsehr, Musikboxen etc.). Fahrradstellplätze sind im Hinterhof vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus im Erdgeschoss und hat man hat einen kleinen Garten vor seinem Fenster :)
Bestlage in Kudammnähe, in belebter Seitenstraße mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants (durch die Hinterhoflage ist die Wohnung aber sehr ruhig). Supermarkt ist fußläufig, auch Ubahn und Sbahn sind in drei Minuten zu erreichen. Man kann aller Erledigungen entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erledigen - es gibt in Charlottenburg fast keine bessere Lage!
Bei dem Auszugsdatum bin ich halbwegs flexibel, es kann voraussichtlich auch verlängert werden, jedoch bitte nicht kürzer!
