Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung (48m²) in Charlottenburg für 3 Wochen (25.10 - 14.11.2023) unter. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (Inkl. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Doppelbett, TV etc). Bevorzugt wer für 3 Wochen mieten möchte.
Miete alles inklusiv: 535,00 + Kaution 200€. (Rent, Euro 535,00. Only for 3 Weeks
from 25.10.23 until 14.11.23) Plus Deposit of Euro 200.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super. In ca. 3 Gehminuten ist man an der U-Bahn Richard Wagner Platz (U7). S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg oder Jungfernheide, von wo aus ebenfalls Regionalbahnen, etwa nach Potsdam, fahren ist nur 3min fahrt entfernt. Den berühmten Kudamm und den ZOB und Messe erreicht man ebenfalls sehr schnell mit dem Bus. Schloss Charlottenburg ist 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar und der Kanal gleich an der Ecke ist perfekt zum Spazieren oder Joggen.
Am Richard Wagner Platz und Wilmersdorfer Str (5 min zu Fuß) gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Wilmersdorfer Arkaden, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann, DM, Netto) und viele gute Restaurants, die alle fußläufig sind.
Sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung. Leider keine Haustiere erlaubt, keine Raucher Wohnung und keine Party Wohnung. NUR im Balkon darf geraucht werden.
Ich wünsche mir Nur eine ruhige und zuverlässige saubere Person der/die gut mit der Wohnung, meinen Möbeln, und respektvoll mit den Nachbarn umgeht .

The flat is located only 3 min walk to the Richard Wagner Platz “U-bahn” and 10 min to the Messe "Fair". Next door are many restaurants, super markets and many more like Castle Charlottenburg available.
Total Rent 535,00 € and Deposit of 200 €, Priority is given to a person who rents it for the whole period
No party No pests and No Smoking is allowed.
