Überlasse meine vollmöblierte Wohnung für drei Wochen. Sie ist im Erdgeschoss und hat eine separate Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen, was die Wohnung größer wirken lässt. Das Bad ist klein aber fein mit Dusche. Das Hauptzimmer hat ein großes Boxspringbett und ein ausklappbares Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte.
Die Einkaufsstraße Wilmersdorferstr. ist direkt um die Ecke, ebenso die Anbindung an die S- und Regionalbahn, die U2 und U7 - beides ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Man ist in 20 Minuten beim Alexanderplatz und ebenso schnell in Potsdam. Bis zum Zoo kann man schlendern, in den Bus oder die Ubahn springen. Ebenso nah liegt der ZOB!
Ich muss einen Aufschlag für Untermieter berechnen und nehme eine Kaution, weil ich mir liebe und teilweise sehr hochwertige Ausstattungsgegenstände besitze und zur Verfügung stelle. Es gibt auf jeden Fall auch genug Platz für ein Pärchen!
Der Lietzensee mit Park zum Spazierengehen ist in der Nähe und Mittwochs wie auch Samstag gibt es einen sympathischen Wochenmarkt.
