Hello,
I am quitting my cosy 1-room apartment. I have been living there for 5 years, but now I have moved together with my girlfriend. It is on a walking distance to U-bahn station Mierendorffplatz (U7).
The apartment is furnished (bed, couch, two tables, desk, 4 chairs, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and stove) and I am selling them for 300 euro.
Cold rent is 330 and I am paying around 490 warm per month, but this includes all costs (even electricity, internet and TV). When I moved in the company increased the rent (compared to the previous renter) with around 20 euro. So I guess now they will do the same. Also, I had to pay a deposit which was the cold rent for 3 months. The contract was unlimited, but minimum for an year and I had to provide working contract, Schufa (request now) and a letter from the previous landlord that I have been paying reliably and don't own any money.
