Hi, ich bin Sophie und ich (unter-)vermiete unsere gemütliche 1 Zimmer Wohnung (ca. 48 m²) im klassischen Altbau in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Sie hat schöne hohe Decken, Dielenfussboden und große Fenster.
14.02.2023 - 03.04.2023
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus und ist dadurch sehr ruhig. Fahrräder kann man im Innenhof auch sicher parken.
Sie besitzt ein ca 25m² großes Zimmer, mit schönen hohen Decken, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, mit Waschmaschine (Toploader) und gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheit am Fenster, ein Bad mit einer Dusch-Badewanne und einen Flur, mit viel Stauraum.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und top ausgestattet - von Mikrowelle, über PlayStation bis Waschmaschine. Netflix & Disney+ kann gern in der Zeit auch mit genutzt werden.
*Für remote/ Home-Office auch perfekt geeignet: Fax/Drucker und schnelles WLAN funktionieren einwandfrei :)
Die Anbindung ist super und die Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass man alles was man braucht gemütlich zu Fuß erreicht. Die Wohnung liegt zwar ruhig, man ist aber trotzdem in wenigen Schritten mitten im Geschehen, da die Kantstraße quasi direkt vor der Tür ist und man zum KuDamm auch keine 10min läuft :)
Der nächste Bus hält an der Kantstraße und ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, fährt also somit fast direkt vor der Tür. Zur S-Bahn Savignyplatz läuft man keine fünf Minuten und die U2 oder U7 oder U1 erreicht man ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten.
Von der top ÖPNV Anbindung abgesehen, hat man viele Cafés, leckere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Für entspannte Spaziergänge liegen der Lietzensee und Tierpark auch nicht weit weg..

Der angegebene Preis bezieht sich auf eine Monatsmiete. Jegliche Nebenkosten, wie bspw. das sehr gutes WLAN, sind inklusive - die höhe der Kaution können wir gemeinsam ausmachen.
Ich möchte meine Wohnung mind. bis zum 1. Oktober vermieten.
Tiere haben wir zwar nicht, wären bei uns aber natürlich auch willkommen.

Hi, I'm Sophie - I'm renting out my cozy apartment from the 14th of February until the 3rd of April. It has wonderful high ceilings and big windows. It's fully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need, f.e. a washing machine, PlayStation and printer. The bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen a little breakfast nook and there is plenty extra storage space in the hallway.
The connection is great and the apartment is so central that you can even reach everything you need comfortably on foot. The apartment is quiet, but within a few steps, you would already find yourself on the Kantstraße, which is full of cute cafes, delicious restaurants, and shopping facilities. It would also only take 10min on foot to the KuDamm :)
The next bus is only a few minutes away, to the S-Bahn Savignyplatz you walk no longer than five minutes, and the U2 or U7 or U1 can also be reached in about 10 minutes.
The neighbors are really chill and even though we don't have any, animals would of course be welcome.
The listed price is equal to one month's rent - it already includes everything (f.e. wifi, heat, water etc.). We can agree on the amount of the deposit together.
