Hi there! Im going home for Christimas and I’m offering my beautiful flat to someone to look after it whilst I’m away. I’m looking for someone to keep my plants alive whilst I’m gone too!

It has a large living room / single bedroom combo with a sunny balcony that gets the sunshine all day. A little desk for working, a small separate bathroom with a shower and a separate kitchen. All bills included in the price.
Important: there’s no washing machine. However, there is a laundrette 10 minutes away.
There’s an Edeka, Rewe and U7 connection 5 minutes away. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Spree river and 20 minutes to the Charlottenburg Schloss!
It’s a quiet apartment building and my neighbours are somewhat older so I’m requesting no parties or loud music (I want to remain respectful!) This flat is my safe haven and is perfect for someone looking for peace & quiet for a nice winter stay.
