I am moving out of my lovely flat in Kreuzberg (directly at the Landwehrkanal) and i out would like to rent it during my notice period from 20.07 to 04.08 (2 weeks).
It is a cosy and peaceful apartment, ideal for a single person. It consists of a kitchen, a bedroom with a little terrasse and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is rented semi-furnished and includes a fridge, stove, a loft bed and a clothes rack. The total price for the entire period of 2,5 weeks is 600 Euros with all bills included (Wifi, electricity, water). (The weekly price is 300 Euros.)
I am looking for someone mindful and respectful to my neighbours. No pets or smoking allowed.
