1-room studio apratment

The apartment is an open-plan studio apartment, suitable for 1-2 people. (A third person can sleep on the couch for which bedding can be provided).

The entrance way is separated from the main living area by a door. The living area has a double bed, sofa, drawers and built-in clothes rack. Also in this living area, partially separated, is a dining table and kitchen with full size oven, stove and washing machine.

The entrance way also leads to the bathroom with a full size tub and high pressure shower.

The apartment is on the first floor in the back building, so is quiet, with a nice view from the balcony, overlooking gardens. It gets a lot of midday sun in the winter months.

It is fully furnished, also with bedding if needed, and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Die Wohnung ist ein offenes Studio-Apartment, geeignet für 1-2 Personen. (Eine dritte Person kann auf der Couch schlafen, für die Bettzeug zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann).

Der Eingangsbereich ist durch eine Tür vom Hauptwohnbereich getrennt. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Doppelbett, Sofa, Schubladen und eingebautem Kleiderständer ausgestattet. In diesem Wohnbereich, der teilweise abgetrennt ist, befinden sich auch ein Esstisch und eine Küche mit Backofen, Herd und Waschmaschine.

Über den Eingang gelangt man auch in das Badezimmer mit einer großen Badewanne und einer Hochdruckdusche.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hinterhauses, ist also ruhig und bietet einen schönen Blick vom Balkon auf die Gärten. In den Wintermonaten bekommt sie viel Mittagssonne.

Sie ist komplett möbliert, auch mit Bettwäsche, und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
