Hallo,
wir bieten hier ein Mini-Apartment zur Zwischenmiete oder für Berlin-Besuch bis zum 30.06.23 in Berlin Friedrichshain zwischen Ostkreuz und Treptower Park. Die Gegend selbst schön ist ruhig, die Halbinsel Stralau lädt zum Spazierengehen ein und außer der S-Bahn fahren noch Busse, fast vor der Haustür.
Es ist ein großes , möbliertes, an unsere WG angrenzendes Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat ca. 27 m2, das gesamte Apartment ca. 40 m2. Es hat eigenen Eingang im Seitenflügel, eine kleine Küche mit Spüle und zwei Kochplatten und eine Wendeltreppe führt noch ein Stockwerk höher. Dort gibt es ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer selbst ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen Regal möbliert.
Es ist ab jetzt bis Ende Juni 2023 frei, würde sich also auch perfekt für Besuch eignen. Es gibt leider keine Option auf Verlängerung, weil am 01.07. dort jemand anderes einzieht. Kommt gerne vorbei und schaut es auch an, es wird euch gefallen. Das Fahrrad ist aber nicht mit vermietet :)
