Hallo zusammen,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung von Mitte Dezember bis Ende April. Die Wohnung wird dementsprechend möbliert untervermietet (Bett, Tische, Couch, Büro, Kleiderschrank, Bettwäsche, Küchenzubehör, Ect.) aber ich würde meinen ganzen persönlichen Kram in Keller tun, sodass ihr es euch auch heimich machen könnt.
Die Wohnung ist ca 35qm groß; neben Küche und Bad gibt es einen grossen Raum, der als Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer dient und einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof hat. Fahrradabstellplatz gibt es im Innenhof.
Die Miete ist von 1000 Euro warm (Strom, Gaz, Internet usw)
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Boxhagener Platz und dem Raw Gelände und ist daher umgeben von Bars; Cafés, zu den meisten Clubs ist es nicht weit und am Wochenende sind die Flohmärkte direkt 3min von der Wohnung.
Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super. Die S+ U-Bahn-Station Warschauer Str. sowie S Bahn Ostkreuz sind 10-13 min zu Fuß. Außerdem fahren hier mehrere Trams.

I'm renting out my apartment from mid-December to end April while I'm away. The apartment will be furnished (bed, tables, couch, desk, wardrobe, bedding, kitchen accessories, etc.), but I'll be storing all my personal belongings in the basement so you can make yourselves at home.
The apartment is approximately 40 square meters. Besides the kitchen and bathroom, there's a large room serving as a combined bedroom and living room with a small balcony facing the courtyard. There's a bicycle parking space available in the courtyard.
The base is 1000 Euro with everything (Electricity, Gas, Internet)
The apartment is situated between Boxhagener Platz and the RAW area, surrounded by bars and cafes. Most clubs are nearby, and on weekends, the flea markets are just a 3-minute walk away from the apartment.
Public transportation connections are excellent. The S+U-Bahn station Warschauer Str. and Sbahn Ostkreuz is 10-15minute walk away, and there are also several tram lines operating here.
