Hallo,
ich suche zum 15. März einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. Sie hat eine recht große Küche, in der Platz für einen Tisch ist, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, und ein großes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit Südausrichtung.
Die Lage ist super, 2 Minuten zum Boxi, 5 min zur U-Bahnstation Samariterstraße, Tramstation 20 Meter entfernt...
Die Miete wird sich noch um ca. 10 Euro erhöhen.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter, der dazu bereit ist, das Streichen zu übernehmen, da ich bei meinem Einzug auch selber streichen musste.
Außerdem lasse ich eine Waschmaschine, einen Sessel, sowie eine Küchenarbeitsplatte gegen Abstand von 300€ dort.
