Hello,
We need to move on from this lovely little studio apartment to work and live in a warehouse space a little further out of Berlin.
Looking to find someone to take over the lease which ends in January 2012 but can be extended for as long as you like. Really easy going young owner who lives further south of Germany.
The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. It includes washing machine, fridge and kitchen appliances/ utensils, dining table and chairs, sofa and bed. It is on the top floor overlooking a great street, five minutes walk from Warschauer Straße u bahn and s bahn. Also near M10 and M13 straße bahn. Actually, its really in the middle of everything great in Friedrichshain- bars, restaurants, stores, cafés, farmer's market etc.
Free WiFi included in the price.
Total cost is 350€ per month.
Great for a couple or just one person. We are two friends who have been living here together and it has been fine also.
We are really relaxed with times and dates and it is possible to move in a bit earlier or a bit later.
