Das Appartment ist mitten im Szenebezirk Friedrichshain, an der bekannten Trendmeile Simon-Dach-Straße gelegen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Bars, Cafés, Designershops und Ateliers. Die kreative Szene und zahlreiche Clubs locken ein sehr internationales und junges Publikum an.

Die sehr hellen Zimmer sind zum Hinterhof gelegen und es ist wunderbar ruhig. Es gibt sehr große Fenster und die Wohnung ist insgesamt hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon kann man entspannt frühstücken oder die Sonne genießen. Die Küche ist direkt mit dem Balkon verbunden und verfügt über eine gute Basisausstattung. Internet und Telefon sind ebenfalls verfügbar. Außerdem kann der Drucker mit Scanner-Funktion genutzt werden.
Im großen Raum mit französischem Balkon befindet sich ein Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm) und eine Matratze für eine weitere Person ist vorhanden.
Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und eine Fön kann genutzt werden.

In der Nachbarschaft wohnen zahlreiche junge Familien aber auch Kreative verschiedenster Nationalitäten.

5 min entfernt befindet sich ein Bio-Markt und auch zahlreiche Bäcker, Spät-Shops. Außerdem sind mehrere Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar.

Bus (Richtung Ostbahnhof), S-Bahn (Warschauer Straße) U-Bahn (Richtung Alexanderplatz) sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar und eine Tram-Station (Richtung Ostkreuz) befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Boxhagener Platz lädt am Wochenende zum Bummeln ein und die Frankfurter Allee bietet zahlreiche Shopping-Möglichkeiten.

This apartment is centrally located in Berlin Friedrichshain. Newly renovated.

Directly at Boxhagener Platz where they have a farmers market on Saturday and flea market in Sundays.

You will live in a newly renovated apartment all alone, with kitchen, Bedroom (Living room), Bathroom and a balcony to the backyard.

There is a new double bed 160x200cm and a mattress for additional guests. The rooms are quite clean and very bright. The apartment is 47 square meters and situated in the 3th floor.

The wooden floors and the high ceilings create a very nice atmosphere.

The kitchen has basic cooking staff and a gas stove. Wireless internet access can be used and there is also a printer and telephone. The bath room is equipped with a bathtub.

Very near are some supermarkets and late night shops. In approximately 30minutes your in the center of Berlin, Alexanderplatz to visit all the sights. The district is known for its international crowd and loads of young families. By the way, the apartment itself is very quiet.
