Ich suche ab dem 01.01.12 jemanden, der meine schöne Wohnung gegen seine Tauschen möchte.
Im Abstand vom ca. 600m gibt S + U Bahn, Bus und Tram. Guenstiges Essen und leckere Cocktails sind im Simon Dach Kiez nur eine Tram Station oder 5min zu Fuss unterwegs. Wenn man in die andere Richtung laeuft, gibt es jede Menge Kreuzberger Cafés. Ach so, fuer alle Sehneswuerdigkeitenbesucher ist
die Berliner Mauer/ East Side Gallery nur 100m von der Eingangstür.
Ich suche eine 2-3 Zimmer Wohnung mit mind. 48 qm, bis 550 EUR warm. Provisionsfrei und Zentralheizung. Kein Erdgeschoss.
Stadtteile: Friedrichshain/ Kreuzberg. Balkon und Dielen wäre nett. :)
