Hallo!
Ich vermiete meine gesamte, möblierte Wohnung in Friedrichshain zwischen dem 5.12. bis zum 14.12. Die Wohnung ist 300m vom Frankfurter Tor/Warschauer Str. entfernt.Die Tagesmiete beträgt 30 Euro, für den gesamten Zeitraum also 270 Euro. Es ist auch möglich, die Wohnung für einen kürzeren Zeitraum zu mieten.
Bedingungen:
- Es wird nur an EINE Person vermietet!
- Kopie des Personalausweises
- persönliches Treffen zur Übergabe
- Vorkasse + Kaution
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hell. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es mit der Ubahn 5 minuten, zum Frankfurter Tor 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Nach Kreuzberg braucht man höchstens eine viertel Stunde. Am liebsten vermiete ich an Studenten die für eine Übergangszeit eine Bleibe suchen (zB. hier in Berlin auf Wohnungssuche gehen wollen) oder Erwachsene, die keine Lust auf Hotelpreise haben und sich die Stadt ansehen wollen.
Ich lege sehr großen Wert auf Verlässlichkeit und Geiwssenhaftigkeit, v.a. im Umgang mit dem Gasherd und dem Transport des Hausschlüssels (ein Verlust würde Unsummen kosten!).

my flat is free to rent from Dec. 5th to 14th. the location is shown on the map. 30 euros a day, for all days 270 euro, minimum 3 days.

- only ONE person!
- copy of your passport
- personal handover of the key
- payment in advance
it is very important that the key is kept safely at all times. if the key gets lost, it´s gonna be VERY expensive!
i have to show you the gas oven and other stuff in advance, and i also want to meet you personally befor i give you the key. so you have to be in berlin on or before dec. the 4th. please send me an e-mail including some basic facts about you and your stay in berlin.
