Hallo allerseits,
da ich mit einer Freundin von mir eine WG gründen will, suche ich nach einem Zwischenmieter für meine tolle Wohnung im Simon-Dach-Kiez.
DIe Wohnung ist 29 m gross, ist komplett möbeliert (Klappbett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Essenstisch, Stühle usw).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat 3 grosse Fenster mit dem Ausblick in den Hinterhof. Obwohl das Haus in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbarer Nähe von der Simon-Dach-Strasse liegt, ist es immer sehr ruhig hier. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut: ganz in der Nähe gibt es EDEKA und Real. Die nächsten U-Bahn Stationen sind Frankfurter Tor und Samariterstr.
