ich vermiete meine gut gelegene, super geschnitte und voll ausgestattete 1 raum wohnung über die weihnachtsferien.
es ist alles da was man zum leben braucht. die wohnung eignet sich perfekt für 1-2 Personen.
außerdem gute verkehrsanbindung: U5 Weberwiese, Frankfurter Tor, Ostbahnhof, 347+240 Bus und N40, M10 grünberger/warschauer straße. in 10 min. ist man zum boxi rübergelaufen. absolut ruhig. auf beiden seiten parks. gute einkaufsmöglichkeiten (aldi, netto, kaisers, biomarkt).
für den gesamtzeitraum sind es 250€. es ist möglich für einen kürzeren zeitraum zu mieten, dann wären es 40€ pro tag.
