Die Räumlichkeiten gehören zu einer ehemaligen Bankfiliale. Hier entsteht gerade mein Traum vom eigenen kleinen Hotel. Dieses Zimmer ist das erste, welches schon bezogen werden kann und hat seinen eigenen Zugang.
Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude im Zuckerbäckerstil gehört zu den Prunkbauten der ehemaligen Stalinallee und ist daher zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe geworden.
Es ist mitten im beliebten Szenekiez gelegen.
Bäcker, Spätkauf und viele kleine charmante Läden sind direkt vor der Tür.
Die Simon-Dach-Str. ist nur 2min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Hier spielt das Leben!
Es sind 2 WC´s und eine Dusche vorhanden. Diese werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Da sich das Hotel in den Räumen nebenan noch wie erwähnt im Umbau befindet, ist zur Zeit tagsüber zeitweise mit Baulärm zu rechnen. An den Wochenenden und in der Nacht ist es aber ruhig.
Die Bauarbeiten sind im September abgeschlossen.
Ihr habt hier also die Möglichkeit, günstig und in einer super Lage zu übernachten.

The premises belong to a former bank branch. Here is just my dream of owning a small hotel. This room is the first, which can be obtained already and has its own access.
The Grade II listed building in sugar baker's style is one of the magnificent buildings of the former Stalin Allee and has therefore become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It is situated in the popular area.
Bakery, convenience store and many charming little shops are right outside the door.
The Simon-Dach-Str. is only 2min. walk.
This is the place2be!
There are two toilets and a shower. These are shared.
As the hotel as mentioned is still under construction, is during the day time as expected with construction noise. Primarily in September as the opening planned for October.
So you have here the opportunity to stay low and in a great location.
