It is located in the north of one of the city's most happening neighborhoods - colorful, quirky Friedrichshain with its many clubs, cafes, parks, nice bars, bakeries and second-hand shops. 5 minutes away by foot is one of the biggest parks in Berlin: the Volkspark Friedrichshain.

So the apartment is very good located in the center of Berlin
The next Metrotramstation is Landsberger Allee/ Petersburger Strasse (with the M10, which drives everday all night long): 2 min walking distance
and the Train Station Landsberger Allee (with the Ringbahn) is also only 2 minutes walking distance away.
So you can reach:
Alexanderplatz: 8 min, Warschauer Strasse: 7 min, Eberswalder Strasse 10 min
Volksparkpark Friedrichshain (a big parc with a volleyballarea and tennis area and many more) 3 min
In the near of the apartment are many Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs and sights and so on.
Also in the same house of the apartment is an italian restaurant and a grocery.
And on the opposite of the street is an italien backery/ cafe/ lounge -restaurant with fresh cakes and bread every morning :)
