Da ich im diesen Monat auf Reisen gehe, such ich ein Wandereichhörnchen oder Eisbären zum Winterschlaf in meinem schnuckeligen Nest in Friedrichshain, während ich drei Wochen im Dezember unterwegs bin. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines rühigen Hinterhofs mitten im schlagenen Herzen Friedrichshains; Grünberger kiez. Es ist ein Katzensprung entfernt von der hedonistischen Simon-Dach bzw. Revalerstrasse und Boxi ohne den Lärm der ‘Spätfeiernden’.
Die Altbau-Wohnung hat eine Zentralheizung, schöne alte Dielen und ist voll möbliert (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Badewanne eingeschlossen). Es gibt ein Gasherd für eifrige Köche und ein electrisches Klavier für eifrige Musiker.
Ein Doppel-Hochbett wurde installiert um Platz zu sparen, aber die jenigen mit Höhenangst, können am Boden bleiben und es sich auf dem leicht ausklappbaren Sofa-Bett bequem machen.

As I’m going to be travelling this month, I’m looking for a wandering squirrel or polar bear willing to hibernate in my nest in Friedrichshain while I’m away for 3 weeks in December. The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet ‘Hinterhof’ right in the beating heart of Friedrichshain:Grünberger kiez. You’re a stone’s throw away from the hedonism of Simon-Dach, Revalerstrasse and Boxhagener Platz without the noise of late-night ‘Revalers’.
The house is a centrally heated Altbau apartment with beautiful wooden floors and is fully furnished (fridge, washing machine and bathtub included). There is a gas oven for aspiring cooks and an electric piano for aspiring musicians. A sleeping nook was built in the interest of saving space for the living room but those afraid to dare the double mattress loft bed can easily fold out the sofa bed.
