Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für 2 Wochen unter (für eine Person). Es ist alles vorhanden; Waschmaschine, WLAN, Küchenutensilien... Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus 3. OG, daher ist es auch eher ruhig. Da die Warschauer Straße aber nun mal bekannt ist als Ausgehmeile sollte man sich dennoch gelegentlich darauf einstellen das es draußen am späti bei lauen Sommerabenden mal etwas lauter werden kann. Die neuen Fenster sind aber sehr gut schallisoliert ;)
Bitte nicht in der Wohnung rauchen.
Ansonsten wäre ich echt happy wenn du dich während meiner Abwesenheit um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest.

I will sublet my apartment for 2 weeks (for one person). Its fully equipped; washing machine, wifi, fully equipped kitchen... The apartment is on the 3d floor in the back building, thatswhy it’s rather quiet. As the Warschauer Straße is known for its nightlife in the area though, there might occasionally be some noise outside the house on warm summer evenings. But the windows do very well noise cancelling ;)
Please don’t smoke in my apartment.
Other than that I’d be happy if you could take care of my plants during my absence.
Sehr zentral gelegen; U1/U3 Warschauer Straße, Tram M10 und S-Bahn nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Spree und Oberbaumbrücke befinden sich auch gleich vor der Haustür, ebenso wie Cafes, Restaurants und Bars in den Kiezen drumherum.
Lidl, Rewe und DM sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Man hat in der Umgebung wirklich alles was man braucht.

Very central location; U-train U1/U3 Warschauer Straße, Tram M10 and S-Bahn just 3 minutes walking distance from the house. Spree and Oberbaumbrücke is just a few steps away as well as Cafes, Restaurants and Bars.
Supermarkets like Lidl, Rewe and DM are just around the corner. You can find anything you need in the surrounding area.
330 Euros für 14 Tage. Bei Interesse kannst du gerne ein Foto oder dein Facebook Profil mit anhängen. Ansonsten können wir gerne einen Termin ausmachen damit du dir die Wohnung anschauen kannst und wir uns persönlich kennen lernen. Bei Fragen kannst du mich natürlich gerne anschreiben.
