I am subletting my sunny, super central 1-room flat with high ceilings, wooden floors and balcony in Friedrichshain for at least 9 month. Yup, one of those dreamy flats right in the heart of Berlin :)

End: 30.04.2023, possibly a bit longer

Where is the hook? I will need to be in the apartment once for about 2 weeks over christmas, 12.12. - 28.12.
No pets allowed, no children allowed

The flat is located super central at S Warschauer Straße. It counts with bathroom with bathtub and window, large bright kitchen, south side balcony, modern and stylish interior, working desk, comfy new mattress, space for yoga practice at home.

Also provided: Fast WiFi, linen, towels etc, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (blender, stove/oven, espresso maker etc). And some house plants that appreciate some love and water.

Quiet, working Singles with fixed employment preferred. NO Party people!! Only responsible people aged 30+ (no exceptions). Deposit required. Must have liability insurance. If you have an intense cleaning habit, you will be preferred as a renter by me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am away during winter for work and will be out of Berlin until May 2023. So the more stable you are/want to become in Berlin, the better. This is my home, so please treat it with utmost respect and care. In return, I guarantee you timely communication and a beautiful place where you can feel at peace.
