Hello! Ich vermiete meine schöne Einzimmerwohnung in einem Altbau nahe Boxi für eine Woche unter. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Wohnraum, der ca. 25 m2 groß ist und eine extra Küche, in der man sitzen kann (siehe Fotos).
In der Küche findet man alle Kochutensilien, die gerne genutzt werden können (Töpfe, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Milchaufschäumer, Ofen, Mixer, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer).
Der Wohnraum hat ein Doppelbett, eine Sitzecke, einen Schreibtisch und einen großen Spiegel, also eigentlich auch alles, was man so braucht. Falls Platz für Kleidung o.a. benötigt wird, einfach Bescheid sagen. Insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig, man hört die Nachbarn kaum und auch wenn das Fenster offen ist, ist es einfach eine Oase, weil die Wohnung zum Hinterhof raus geht.
Das Bad ist klein aber fein, mit Dusche und Handtüchern, Putzmittel kann ich bereitstellen.
Die Lage ist top, du bist 3 min entfernt vom Boxi, wo am Wochenende Flohmarkt ist. Tausend Restaurants, Bars, coole kleine Läden, Spätis, ein Bio-Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Der U-Bhf Samariterstraße (U5) ist 5 min entfernt. Die U5 bringt dich schnell an wichtige Umsteigepunkte (z.B. Alex, Brandenburger Tor, Hauptbahnhof). An der Samariterstraße findet ihr weitere Supermärkte und DM.
Obwohl die Wohnung super ruhig ist, hast du das volle Berliner Leben vor der Tür!
Mir ist wichtig, dass keine Parties, Afterhours etc. in der Wohnung gefeiert werden und dass du deine eigenen Lebensmittel kaufst. Ich würde den Großteil meines Stuffs gern in der Wohnung lassen. Falls aber Platz benötigt wird, können wir das sicher irgendwie regeln.
Ansonsten frag gern, wenn es noch etwas Spezifisches gibt!

Subletting my beautiful 40 m2 apartment at Boxi for a month (a bit flexible with the exact dates). The flat is equipped with everything you need, I'm gonna leave most of my things in the apartment though. In case you need space, please let me know! Food is excluded, please buy your own stuff. Otherwise you can use all the equipment. Boxi is the perfect location, there's a flea market on the weekends and plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs, cute little shops, supermarkets close by. Subway U5 Samariterstraße is 5 min walking distance (takes you to Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Tor, Hauptbahnhof, Frankfurter Allee). No parties, afterhours etc. allowed in the flat. Even though the Kiez is pretty busy always, the flat is super quiet and windows open to the backyard.
