Ich wohne jetzt seit einem Jahr in Berlin, möchte aber die Stadt verlassen und suche deshalb einen Nachmieter für diese kleine Wohnung im NEON WOOD FRANKFURTER TOR. Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock und man kann den Berliner Fernsehturm vom Fenster aus sehen. Die Wohnung ist 24 m2 groß und hat ein kleines Bad, eine Küche, ein Bett, zwei Schreibtische und einen Kleiderschrank mit genügend Platz für Kleidung.
Du würdest im Grunde meinen Vertrag übernehmen, der am 30. September dieses Jahres endet. Wenn Du länger bleiben willst, müsstest Du das mit NEON WOOD persönlich besprechen, um zu sehen, ob die Wohnung nach diesen zwei Monaten frei ist. Die Kaution beträgt 1.375,50€ und es gibt eine Servicegebühr von 200€. Der neue Mieter MUSS Student sein. Ich suche jemanden, der meinen Vertrag ab dem 1. August übernimmt.

I've been living in Berlin for a year now but I'm looking to leave the city, which is why I'm looking for a new tenant for this small apartment at NEON WOOD FRANKFURTER TOR. The apartment is on the 6th floor and you can see the Berliner Fernsehturm from the window. The apartment is 24 m2 and you'll have your own little bathroom, kitchen, a bed, two desks, and a wardrobe with enough space for all your clothes.
You would essentially take over my contract which ends on September 30th of this year. If you wish to stay longer, you'd have to discuss it with NEON WOOD personally to see if the apartment is free after those two months. The deposit is 1,375.50€ and there's a service fee of 200€. New tenant MUST be a student. I'm looking for someone to take over my contract from August 1st onward.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Die U5-Station ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt und bringt Dich in 5 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz. Die Station M10, die sich direkt vor dem Gebäude befindet, bringt Dich direkt zur Warschauer Straße, dem S/U-Bahnhof und der Eastside Mall. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest Du diverse Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars, Museen, Bekleidungsgeschäfte und so weiter und so fort.
The apartment is super centrally located. The U5 station is only a minute walk away and will have you at Alexanderplatz in 5 minutes. The M10 station, which is directly in front of the building, will take you straight to Warschauer Straße, the S/U-Bahn station, and the Eastside Mall. You'll find miscellaneous restaurants close by, grocery stores, bars, museums, clothing stores, etc., etc.
