Die Wohnung befindet sich in Friedrichshain in der Gürtelstraße, nur 5 Minuten von der Station Frankfurter Allee und 10 Minuten vom Ostkreuz entfernt. Sie liegt im Seitenflügel eines sanierten Altbaus und öffnet sich zum Innenhof, wodurch es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes. Sie ist sehr angenehm mit hohen Decken und Dielenboden ausgestattet. Man hört nie Geräusche von den Nachbarn.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine sowie alle erforderlichen Küchenutensilien. Der Arbeitsplatz ist mit einem großen Monitor und Lautsprechern ausgestattet und eignet sich daher besonders gut für digitale Nomaden. Die Möbel können nicht geändert werden und müssen in der Wohnung verbleiben.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building. It is very pleasant with high ceilings and wooden floorboards. You never hear noises from the neighbors.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. The workspace is equipped with a large monitor and speakers, making it particularly suitable for digital nomads. The furniture cannot be changed and must remain in the apartment.
