Ihr lieben,
da ich Anfang des Jahres für 3 Monate auf Reisen gehe, suche ich eine nette Person als Zwischenmieter*in für meine gemütliche, süße und geliebte Wohnung im Herzen von Friedrichshain.
Kurz ein paar Fakten:
- Größe ist 38 m2, 2. Stock Hinterhaus
- 1 Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon
- 1 Küche; separat und voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine
- 1 Bad mit Dusche und Tageslichtfenster
Da die Wohnung zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist, ist sie trotz der belebten Lage super ruhig. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem, was du brauchst und hat ein gemütliches Hochbett - aber auch eine Schlafcouch. Zusammen mit dem schönen Holzfußboden und dem Gasherd hast du das perfekte Berlin-Altbau-Feeling.
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung, aber auf dem Balkon ist das Rauchen erlaubt. Leider ist auch das Halten von Tieren nicht gestattet.
Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

Dear people,
since I'm traveling for 3 months at the beginning of the year I'm looking for a nice person as an in-between tenant for my cozy, sweet and much loved apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain.
Briefly a few facts:
- size is 38 m2, 2nd floor rear building
- 1 living room with small balcony
- 1 kitchen; separate and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine
- 1 bathroom with shower and daylight window
Since the apartment faces the backyard, it is super quiet despite the lively location. It is fully furnished with everything you need and has a cozy loft bed but also a sleeping couch. Together with the beautiful wooden floor and the gas stove you have the perfect Berlin-Altbau feeling.
It is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Unfortunately, keeping animals is also not allowed.
It is possible to register.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im belebten Südkiez Friedrichshain zwischen Boxhagener Platz und RAW Gelände. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Yogastudios, Märkte und die Spree ist auch nicht weit. Die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge kann man auf der Modersohnbrücke erleben. Die S- und U-Bahn Warschauer Straße und die Ringbahn Ostkreuz sind jeweils in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Gerne erzähle ich dir all meine Lieblingsplätze :-)

The apartment is located in the lively Südkiez Friedrichshain between Boxhagener Platz and RAW Gelände. There are many restaurants, bars, shopping facilities, yogastudios, markets and the lovely Spree is also not far. The most beautiful sunsets can be seen on the Modersohnbrücke. S- and U-Bahn Warschauer Straße and Ringbahn Ostkreuz is close by.

Bitte schreib mir nur, wenn du die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum mieten möchtest.
Die Miete beträgt 900 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Zusätzlich würde ich eine Kaution von 750 Euro verlangen, die ich dir natürlich sofort zurückgeben werde, sobald die Wohnung wieder ordentlich übergeben ist.
Wenn dir gefällt, was du gelesen und auf den Bildern gesehen hast und dir vorstellen kannst, dich in meiner Wohnung wohl zu fühlen, würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn du mir einen kurzen Text über dich schreibst und mir deine Nummer weitergibst. Ich kontaktiere dich dann.
Ich suche eine nette Person, die meine Wohnung so behandelt, als wäre es ihre eigene und die vielleicht meinen Pflanzen während der 3 Monate ab und zu einen Schluck Wasser gibt.

As seen above the rent is 900 Euro, all inclusive. In addition to that I would have to collect a deposit of 750 Euros, which I will return to you as soon as everything is handed over properly when I am back.
If you like what you read and saw on the pictures and you can imagine to feel at home in my apartment, I would be very happy if you write me a short text about yourself and give me your number. I am looking for a nice person who will treat my home as if it were their own and maybe give my plants a sip of water from time to time during the 3 months.
