The flat is 40m2 on the 1OG and has 1 main living room with a dining table and sofa/guest bed with a loft level above where the bedroom is set up. Additionally there are 2 balconies, a separated kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher(!), and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub unit.
The flat is located in Wedding-Gesundbrunnen. There are many public transit stops nearby, the closest are the U8 Pankstr. Station and the M27 bus stop Pankstr. about 3 mins away from the flat. In 7 mins you can also reach S/U Gesundbrunnen where you can catch the Ring bahn, S 1/2/25/26, and also the AirPort Express train or walking 7 mins the other direction you reach the U9 Osloerstr. Station.
Basically no need to worry, you will always find a way home!
In the neighborhood are lots of Turkish and Arab restaurants, as well as local bars and pubs. Highlights include 2 of the top rated Currywurst shops in Berlin (Curry Baude and Curry&Chili) in addition to many good Döner shops (Imren and Hamdi Baba). For vegetarians there is a nice Japanese/Lebanese fusion restaurant called O-Slow that has a fixed daily vegetarian menu.

I am renting my flat for one month from the 1. December to 1. January while I am away to spend the holidays with my family. The rent for the month is 850 euros and includes everything (internet, utilities, etc.). This is what I pay for my flat, I am not trying to make a profit. The only additional cost is a security deposit of 100 euros for good measure, which will of course be refunded assuming the flat is left on time and in the same condition as it was found.
Should there be any urgent problems while I am away, I have friends in the neighborhood who you can contact.
