I will be leaving town for 3 months(20th Januar - 20th April) and in the meanwhile I am renting my room. Facts about the room and the house are:
*15-16 square-meter *Common bathroom and kitchen *We also have a cleaning-lady on the daily basis *You will have your own keys for the room and postbox so privacy is not a problem *Non smoking *No pets *Just for 1 person *Quite and green surroundings and at the same time central *10 min. to Zoologischer Garten, 20 min. to Alexander Platz *S-Bahn, Buses, Supermarkets and restaurants in the area *The room has all the furniture you need + television + ventilator for the hot days and a guest bed. *All utilities inclusive.
All you need to do is pack your own stuff and come! I am looking forward to hearing from you!
