Es ist eine sehr begehrte Gegend der Stadt und es gibt alles in der Nähe: Supermärkte (edeka x2, Lidl, Rewe ... zu Fuß erreichbar); Straßenbahnen und es ist 8 Minuten vom Alexanderplatz oder dem Ring entfernt. Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte sind überall (gleiche Straße oder nahe gelegene Straßen).
Sonstiges
Es ist nur für einen kurzen Zeitraum verfügbar, aber ideal für jemanden, der eine Pause braucht, um etwas längerfristig zu suchen, auf einen anderen bereits vereinbarten Platz wartet oder nur für kurze Zeit in Berlin ist.
Ich, die Mieterin, werde für einen Kurs aus Berlin weg sein und im Juni wieder zurück sein. Die Kosten sind die gleichen wie ich zahle, es gibt keine Erhöhung.

The place is a good size and quiet with windows to the backyard.

It is a very coveted area of the city and there is everything nearby: supermarkets (edeka x2, lidl, Rewe... at walking distance); Trams and it is 8 minutes from Alexander platz or the Ring. Cafes, restaurants, stores are all around (same street or nearby streets).
Note
It is only available for a short term, but ideal for someone who is in need of a respite to look for something longer term, or is waiting for another place already arranged, or is in Berlin for a short time.
I, the tenant will be away from Berlin for a course and will be back in June. The costs are the same as I pay, there is no increase.
