Gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon zur Zwischenmiete im Bergmannkiez

Von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober ist meine gemütliche kleine Wohnung für 3 Wochen frei.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 45 m² groß und liegt im 2. OG im ruhigen Hinterhaus. Sie hat ein Balkon, eine Wohnküche, ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Wasch- und Spülmaschinen, Internet, Badewanne, Kühlschrank... Alles was man braucht.
Die Gegend ist sehr beliebt und belebt: viele Parks, viele Cafés, Restaurants und alles was man an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten braucht.

Meine Bedingungen:
- Du hast eine Haftpflichtversicherung.
- Du kannst in der Woche vom 11/09 vorbeikommen, damit wir uns kennenlernen.
- Du hast einen grünen Daumen und kannst auf die Pflanzen aufpassen.

From mid-September to early October my cozy little apartment is free for 3 weeks.
The apartment is about 45 m² and is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet back house. It has a balcony, a kitchen-living room, a small bedroom and a bathroom. Washing machine, dishwashers, internet, bathtub, refrigerator.... Everything you need.
The area is very popular and lively: lots of parks, many cafes, restaurants and all the shopping you need.

My conditions:
- You have liability insurance.
- You can come by in the week of 11/09 so we can get to know each other.
- You have a green thumb and can take care of the plants.
