Da wir für mind. 2 Monate verreisen möchten, bieten wir unsere kleine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ab dem 01.01.2024 zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung liegt im Wrangelkiez in Berlin Kreuzberg, zwischen U-Bahnhof Schlesisches Tor (ca. 5 min zu Fuß zur Station) und dem Görlitzer Park. Trotz der zentralen Lage, ist es sehr ruhig, da sich die Wohnung im Hinterhaus befindet.
Obwohl sie nur 35qm hat, ist sie super ausgestattet.
Ein gut geschnittener Raum mit schönen Dielen, großem Schreib-/Esstisch und angrenzend eine kleine Wohnküche, die unter anderem über eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler verfügt.
Im Hof gibt es gegebenenfalls Fahrrad-Stellplätze.
Viele persönlichen Sachen, die du auf den Fotos siehst, werden weitestgehend weg sein, damit Platz für deine Sachen ist.

du Wert auf Sauberkeit legst (Rotwein auf die Dielen wird teuer 😬)
du rücksichtsvoll bist, heißt keine Housepartys oder lautes Vorglühen nach 22 uhr (Bars sind nur 1min entfernt 🍻)
du gut auf unsere kleine Wohnung aufpassen wirst, bis wir wieder da sind ☺️
Idealerweise bist du in Berlin und hast Zeit für ein kurzes Kennenlernen, ansonsten wäre ein Videocall auch möglich.

We are traveling for about 2-3 months, so we are offering our small 1-room apartment for interim rent from 01.01.2024.
It is located in the Wrangelkiez in Berlin Kreuzberg, between the subway station Schlesisches Tor (5 min walk to the station) and Görlitzer Park. Although centrally located, it is very quiet as the apartment is in the rear building.
The apartment is only 35 square meters, but it is very well equipped.
A well laid out room with beautiful floorboards, a large work desk/dining table and adjoining is a small kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher.
If necessary, there are bicycle parking spaces in the courtyard.
Most of the personal belongings you see in the photos will be removed to make room for your things.

You value cleanliness (red wine on the floorboards will be expensive 😬)
You are considerate; no house parties or loud pre-gaming after 10 pm (bars are only 1min away🍻 )
You take good care of our small apartment until we are back ☺️
Preferably you'll be in Berlin and have time for a short meeting, otherwise a video call would also be possible.
