I'm renting my 1 room apartment in Kreuzberg from 18th Jan 2024 to 7th March (flexible) while I travel.
€850 per month or €1275 for entire time.
-1 big room
-Separate kitchen and bathroom (sadly no bath)

-Nice views / nice light
-4th floor with no elevator
-Friendly neighbours
-Furnished (including desk to work at)
-I will make some room in my closet for your things
I'm looking for a responsible person who will respect my space and my neighbours. The walls are thin here (like in many Berlin apartments) so we all keep it pretty quiet. It's a nice, safe space to recharge after days in the city. No parties please :)

The area is pretty quiet, beside the canal. You can easily walk to Bergmannkiez and Südstern.
For public transport, you're spoiled for choice. You'll be close to U Mehringdamm, Hallesches Tor, and, U Gneisenaustr.
The M41 bus is also right at the end of the street.
There is a small Edeka close by and of course a couple of spatis.
