This is 2 room apartment originally, but you get to use 1 room (another room is not for rent and will remain locked) Only you will be staying in the apartment. The room has a sleeper coach and bedding if needed. Kitchen and bathroom has everything you might need. You can use all utensils like washing machine, dishwasher, fridge etc…
For the allergic ones to notice that the dog lives with us when we are here.
Heart of Kreuzkoln, canal, subway, shops and markets are steps away, super hip area.

Price includes all costs, WiFi and electricity too. It is our own home, so it is very important for us that someone would take great care of it while we are away.
