Subtenant in a beautiful flat in Kreuzberg

While I'll be abroad for two month I want to sublet my flat. So I'm searching for someone who is friendly, tidy and clean.
My flat just has 35m2 but it's perfectly laid out. It has a large and open kitchen/living room, where two people easily can cook and hang around. It's completely equipped with a cooker and oven, a mixer, toaster, water kettle and a washing machine.
The sleeping room is also quite spacious. It has a double sized bed and a desk. I also use it as an office.
The bathroom has a shower.
Internet is included.

Während ich zwei Monate im Ausland verbringe, möchte meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete ausschreiben und suche dafür eine nette, ordentlich und saubere Person.
Die Wohnung hat zwar nur 35qm, doch sie ist perfekt geschnitten. Es hat eine große und offene Wohnküche, in der man auch zu zweit gut kochen und Zeit verbringen kann. Es ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche, mit Herd und Ofen, Mixer, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Waschmaschine.
Das Schlafzimmer ist auch sehr geräumig. Ich nutze es außerdem als Arbeitszimmer.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.
Internet ist auch vorhanden.
