Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Berlin- Kreuzberg während der Ferien in den Monaten Juli und August.
Die Wohnung hat 80 qm, hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein riesiges Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine Küche Es gibt zwei Betten, zwei Kommoden, ein Sofa und einen Fahrradabstellplatz im Hof.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, neuwertig, und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur 5 Minuten. Der Bus hält gleich vor der Tür, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leicht zu erreichen.

Egal, ob Ihre tageweise, oder eine Woche oder Monat in Berlin seid - alles wäre kein Problem.
Für eine Person würde es 30€ pro Tag, für zwei Personen 50 € pro Tag. Bezahlung sollte im Vorraus stattfinden. ICh verlange keine Kaution, aber ich würde einen Untermietvertrag für euren Zeitraum schließen wollen, falls das für Euch in Ordnung sein sollte.

Je loue mon appartement à Berlin-Kreuzberg des vacances pendant les mois de juillet et August.
L'appartement dispose de 80 m², une chambre à coucher et un vaste salon. Il ya une cuisine, il ya deux lits, deux odes communiste, un canapé et un vélos dans la cour.

L'appartement est très soigné, état neuf, situé dans une rue calme. Le métro est à seulement 5 minutes. Le bus s'arrête juste devant la porte, et des magasins sont facilement accessibles.

Peu importe si votre journée ou semaine ou un mois à Berlin, êtes - tout ne serait pas un problème.
Pour une personne de 30 € par jour, pour deux personnes 50 € par jour. Doit payer à l'avance. Je demande pas de caution, mais je serais un contrat de sous-location, pour votre période de conclure, si pour vous doit être en ordre.
