"Biete meine Wohnung zur Nachmiete an. Sie liegt zentral am Görlitzer Bahnhof, gegenüber vom Görlitzer Park.
Sie ist 39 qm groß, Küche, Kohleofen, Außenklo vor der Wohnungstür, Hinterhaus, 2. OG Seitenflügel. Kaltmiete beträgt 175 euro, dazu kommen bloß noch Strom und Kohle im Winter. Herd ist vorhanden.
Die Dusche steht in der Küche.
Die anderen Mieter im Haus sind ziemlich nett und die Lage bei dem Preis ist super.
Bin aus beruflichen Gründen telefonisch nicht immer zu erreichen, also sprecht bei Fragen auf die Mailbox oder schreibt eine Email, die beantworte ich auf jeden Fall.
