Perfekt für einen BERLIN-BESUCH:
Ich kurz-vermiete im Mai meine wunderschön sonnige, raue und ruhige 1-Zimmerwohnung in der Wrangelstr, gleich um die Ecke vom Schlesischen Tor, Berlin Kreuzberg.
Facts: 3.OG, Hinterhaus, Dielen, französischer Balkon, ca 40 qm, Wannenbad, W-LAN (von den Nachbarn, leider etwas schwach zur Zeit, da das von meiner direkten Nachbarin gerade ausgefallen ist, es gibt aber auch noch andere stärkere Netze, die könnten wir noch klarmachen, und es gibt überall W-LAN Cafes in der Gegend...)
teilmöbliert.
Das heißt: komplett möblierte Küche, im Zimmer ein großes frischbezogenes Bett, Fernseher, eine Arbeitsplatte und Regale, aber immernoch sehr viel Platz und kein Kram. Sowohl für Paare als auch alleine.
Und ich sag es gleich: Eingang und hinterhof sind zwar nicht die ordentlichsten, aber das Haus ist SICHER und die Nachbarn sind alles nette Leute. Keine ANgst, die Graffitis sind UNGEFÄHRLICH! Wer Parkett, Jugendstil und Meister Propper will, ruft bitte nicht an!
Zu vermieten:
vom 12. bis 17.Mai für 100 € alles inklusive. Egal wie viele Personen.

I’m subletting my very charming, rough, sunny and quiet 1 room-apartment in Wrangelstr, just around the corner from Schlesisches Tor, Berlin Kreuzberg.
Facts: 3.floor, backyard, wooden floor, french balcony, ca. 40 qm, bathtub, W-LAN
(from the neighbors, unfortunately not very strong at the moment, because the neighbor I usally share with had problems with her provider last week, but we can arrange a better connection if we ask around in the house, theres a lot of nets there and also a lot of W-Lan Cafes around the corner)
partly furnished.
That means: furnished kitchen and bathroom, in the room a huge bed with fresh sheets, TV, a desk and empty shelfs, but still a lot of space. Works for couples or singles.
And I say it directly: even though my doorway and backyard are not the cleanest ones, it is safe and the neigbors are nice people. Dont be afraid for the graffity, that ISN'T dangerous. People who want Jugendstil, parquet and Mr. Proper, don't call me please.
Costs: From May 12th to 17th for 1O0 € all inclusive.
