I offer a beautiful and sunny 1-Room-Flat for rent in the popular Kreuzberg (Reichenberger/ corner Lausitzer Str.). The flat is located between the Landwehr-Canal and the Lausitzer Platz, with its nice restaurants and cafes and the weekly organic-food-market, and only 5 min. walk from the Görlitzer Park, 2 min. from the canal, 5 min. from the UBahn-Linie U1 (Görlitzer Bahnhof). There are many shops and night-life in the area.
The flat is on the 5th floor (southfacing), has a big balcony and a wooden ground, is furnished with a double bed, a sofa, a table and a desk, laptop with internet flatrate, two bikes, a small kitchen with oven, cooking utensils and washing machine, bath/shower and lift.
