Suche Nachmieter für diese Wohnung:
Altbau, saniert, also neue Fenster, Bad und so, 3. Stock im Seitenflügel.
55 m2 groß, eine sehr große Wohnküche und ein noch größeres Zimmer, Kammer und kleines Duschbad. Sonnig, im Seitenflügel, die Wohnung geht ums eck und die Küche ist Durchgangszimmer. Kostet 338 kalt. dazu kommt nur Gas für Heizung und Duschen. Multimediakabelanschluss ist vorhanden, darüber ist für 12,90 monatlich Dsl 6000 flat und Telefon möglich.
Überall außer im Bad ist Laminat, das Bad hat auch ein Fenster in einen Lüftungs- und Lichthof.
Die Wohnung liegt in der ruhigen Jahnstraße direkt an Gräfekiez und Hasenheide.
Besichtigung wäre z.B. Sonntag, 19.9. möglich.
Ergänzung: Die Küche ist von mir und kommt größtenteils mit. Eine Spüle und der Herd bleiben, Ein paar Schränke können übernommen werden.
