nach fast 10 jahren ist es zeit für einen tapetenwechel!
meine 1-zimmer-wohnung befindet sich im vorderhaus eines schönen altbaus, umfasst knapp 47qm, hat eine relativ große küche mit gasherd und ein bad mit badewanne, leider ohne fenster.
die warmmiete beträgt 374 euro, was für die lage sehr günstig ist, dafür ist die wohnung aber auch nicht perfekt saniert und renoviert.
ich habe immer sehr gerne hier gewohnt, doch jetzt
suche ich etwas größeres, deshalb möchte ich mich schweren herzens von meiner besonderen wohnung trennen.
ich suche mindestens 57qm in kreuzberg, neukölln, alt-treptow, prenzlauer berg oder mitte - kein erdgeschoß und gerne mit balkon, für ca.500 euro warm. bitte keine kunststoffenster und kein laminat (außer ich kann es rausreißen), gerne auch unrenoviert und unsaniert, dafür mit charakter :)
bezüglich des umzugsdatums bin ich ganz flexibel.
