Cute Quiet Flat In the Great Graefekiez Area

Hello!

Due to a too spontaneous decision to move to a shared flat in a more comfortable area for my needs, I still can't get out of the contract.

That's why I'm offering my flat for the whole month of Febuary (could be longer if they don't let me leave by March, but don't count on it). .
It's located in Boeckhstrasse, near the beautiful Graefestrasse on the one side with its cafes, restaurants and the legendary Mini Bar, and Kottbusser Damm and Neukoelln on the other, where you find the Turkish market and 5 supermarkets all within walking (with bags) distance.
The flat is spacious and quiet, located at the backside of the building (hinterhaus). I'm moving with most of the furniture, but will leave you with the minimum needed folding bed, small table and chair, and fully equipped kitchen including fridge. Gas heating and constant spoiling hot water in the tub. And fully functioning DSL with Wi-fi.


I'm writing in English because that way I target more people. I'm stating this because I remember Craig's List warning me from scams written in English.
