Meine schöne helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung wird für die nächsten Monate ab September frei sein! (2-4 Monate, wie ihr wollt)
Sie liegt direkt am Südstern (100m von Südstern U7-U-Bhf, direkt oben von Edeka Supermarkt - also kann man da morgens im Halbschlaf Milch & Kaffee kaufen gehen:)
Direkt um die Ecke gibts Bäckereien, Bars, Restuarants und auch viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl & Co)!
Also alles da: Gräfestrasse nur 2 Min, Kotti und der türkische Markt am Kanal ca 7 Min, Bergmannstrasse 5 Min zu Fuss!
Die Wohnung ist ca 28 m² gross, hat ein Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne, eine kleine aber schöne + praktische Küchenecke, grosse Fenster (in Süden! - also sehr hell!!), grosses Doppelbett, 2 Tische, Sitzsacks etc UND eine Hängematte! =)
Besteck,Töpfe,Pfannen + Gewürze u.Ä., Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc sind auch alles da und ihr könnt die natürlich gerne benutzen!
Internet ist seeeehr gut und schnell! Festnetz auch vorhanden.
Direkt um die Ecke - 1 Min Fussweg - ist schon der Volkspark
Hasenheide, der wunderschön ist, besonders jetzt im Sommer. Auch Tempelhof Flughafen ist supernah.
Die Kaution beträgt 150€, da ich vieles (also auch wertvolle Sachen) in der Wohnung lassen werde.
Die Wohnungsbesichtigungen (fast jeder Zeit) die nächsten Tage!

Hey everybody!
my 1-room-apartment/studio (28 squaremetres, with a
kitchen corner and bathroom (with bathtub)) will be free for the next couple of months!
If anyone of you is looking for a really nice place with lots of light to stay basically in the middle of Kreuzberg, located really well (50metres to the metro u7-station Südstern, 5 mins to Bergmannstrasse and 7 mins to Kotbusser Damm, turkish market and to Tempelhof airport; also 1 min to Volkspark Hasenheide and 10seconds to Edeka, i live just above of it ;)
High speed internet, blankets + towels + kitchen stuff etc and of course all the furniture stays in the apartment and is there for you to use it!
the rent is 380€ per month, everything included!
p.s. i prefer to rent the place to only one person...
