Es gibt mehrere Parks und den Landwehrkanal um die Ecke und zum Nachtleben am Schlesischen Tor sind es Zufuß nur 10 Minuten.
Die Miete ist 500 Euro Monatlich- Strom und Telefon inklusive.

Hello,
I´m renting out my nice and calm flat that has a sunny balcony for three months.
