Ich vermiete sehr schöne möblierte 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung direkt im Bergmannkiez für 6 Monate vom 01.April 2020 bis 30. September 2020. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhof und daher sehr ruhig, wenn man die Wohnung verlässt ist man aber direkt im beliebten Bergmannkiez mit all seinen Restaurants, Bars, der Markthalle und der wunderschönen Umgebung.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher Kühl/Gefrierschrank), ein Bad mit Badewanne, hohe Decken, Dielenboden, Fernseher, WLAN und eigentlich alles andere was man noch zum leben und wohlfühlen so braucht.
Die Lage ist einfach nur perfekt. Man ist direkt neben der Bergmannstraße, direkt an der Markthalle und auch auch einen Bus direkt vor der Tür (zum U-Bhf Gneisenaustraße läuft man 3 Minuten)
Die Miete schließt alles komplett mit ein (Nebenkosten, Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser, Gas, WLAN, Waschmaschinennutzung usw.)

Hello peeps!
I am renting out my lovely and fully furnished apartment with two separate rooms from the 1st of December until the 30th of September. The apartment is located in the famous and lively 'Bergmannkiez' with all its cafés, restaurants, little shops and also directly in front of an awesome market hall. Though it's a level area, the flat is located in the backyard and very quiet.
The flat has two rooms, a fully functional kitchen (incl. washing & dish washing machine, micro wave, kettle, freezer & fridge), a bathroom with a bathtub and basically everything you need for a nice stay:)
The location is just perfect - directly in an awesome neighbourhood and a lot of public transportation available (bus directly in front of the flat, subway three minutes away)

Die Wohnung liegt im Bergmannkiez und hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung. Der bus fährt direkt vor der Tür und die U-Bahn ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es zudem mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars.
Vom Bergmankiez lässt sich Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Schöneberg, Tempelhof und Mitte sehr schnell erreichen.
