Sie liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus zum Hinterhof gelegen und ist daher sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist mit Zentralheizung und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Natürlich gibt es freies WLAN.

Quiet charming small flat in a very central location. Perfect for holidays for one or two persons.
The flat is to sublet between the 3rd to 14th of November.
The flat features a big sleeping-/living room with a double bed with a new orthopedic mattress (140x200m) and a sofa and shelves to store your clothes. There is also a desk now (which you can not see on the pictures).
It has a small fully equipped kitchen with everything that you ca possibly need for cooking! Including an oven and a toaster and even a juice blender.
The bathroom is renovated and has a shower.
The apartement is located in a big building in the second floor. It faces the backyard so it doesn't have any street noise and is very quiet. There is central heating and a washing machine for your use. Of course you get free Wifi.
The perfect home to explore the city!

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Am Rand des Graefekiez mit vielen Cafés, Kneipen und Supermarkt. Der Bus M41 zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Potsdamer Platz hält direkt vor der Tür. Zum Hermannplatz sind es nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß, zur U-Bahn Südkreuz ebenfalls. Der Szenebezirk Neukölln mit vielen Kneipen ist auch nebenan.
Ebenfalls in der Nähe zum Kanalufer.

The location is just perfect: On the border of the Graefekiez with many cafés , restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The bus Nr. M41 that takes you directly to the Potsdamer Platz and to the Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) is 50m away. To the Hermannplatz where you can catch the U8 and the U7 it is only five minutes by foot, as well as to the station Südstern. The popular district Neukölln with many bars is next door as well.
Also you are very close to the beautiful canal and Maybachufer.
It doesn't get more central than that!
