Hallo liebe, liebende Berliner!
ich bin die Luana auch genannt Lu. Ich vergebe ab dem 14.02.2018 meine gemütliche Wohnung mit Fenster in Richtung Innenhof. Ich bin wegen meinem Job viel Unterweges. Diese Wohnung ist alles was ich hab und mir lieb ist. Ich suche jemanden der sie Pflegt und Freude hat schöne Wochen darin zu Leben;) Ruft mich einfach immer an und kommt gerne vorbei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich genau zwischen dem Kottbussertor ( U1-U8) ca. 7 min Fußweg und dem Görlitzer Bh (U1) ca. 2 min Fußweg. Quasi beim Astronauten um die ecke.
Und im Umkreis von 1 km finden wir :
Netto,Kaisers,Lidel,Aldi,Bio-Supermarkt und einen Nasib gida (Türkischer-Supermarkt)
Und ansonsten ganz viele Essens Möglichkeiten und Bar´s!;)
Ansonsten könnt ihr mich immer von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 12 bis 21 Uhr erreichen.
Ich freue mich sehr auf jemanden der eben so ein spontaner und aufgeschlossener Untermieter ist wie ich.
Zwecks Fragen bezüglich der Wohnung hoffe ich euch doch alles beantworten haben zu können.
