Ich vermiete möbilierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung in schöne Gegend des Victoria Parks. Die Wohnung ist für mindestens ein Jahr zur Verfugung, aber am liebsten länger. Es hat Badezimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer - alle getrennt (auch Keller). In Wohnzimmer ist Hochbett, zwei Schranke, ein Teppich und ein turkisches Sofa. Küche und Badezimmer sind möbiliert (auch mit Geschirr).
Hey, I am renting an apartment in Kreuzberg, close to Victoria Park or Gleisdreieck Park. The place is really nice, calm. The flat is inside the building, so no noise from the street. The windows look at the tree, so there are no windows from your neighbors directly in front of the flat.
The flat has separate kitchen, bathroom and room. The room is with an installed high bed, so there is more space. The flat is fully with furniture. There are also plates and cutlery and etc. in the kitchen. There is vacuum cleaner.
Zwichen Kreuzberg und Schöneberg. In der Nähe von Yorkstraße U- und S- Bahn Station (U7, S2, 25, 1). Die Wohnung ist in Hinterhof, also es ist total ruhig in der Nacht und am Tag. Vor dem Fenster steht schönen Kastanienbaum. In der Nähe hat man zwei große Parken: Viktoria Park und Park am Gleisdreieck. Es ist ein bisschen schwirig mit Parkplatz für Auto, aber mit ein bisschen Mühe kann man es finden. Aber wenn man Fahrad nutzt, gibt es viele Möglichkeiten.
Die Warmmiete ist 544 Euro, dann kommt dazu Strom und Gas, d.h. ca 48 Euro monatlich und Rundfunknetzt 18 Euro. Kaution ist 1600 Euro. Internet kost ist 32 Euro. Zusammen: 642.
Die Wohnung wird nur für eine zuverlässige Person vermietet.
