The perfect apartment for a single person. It's a one room apartment with an open kitchen and a nice bathroom. It's in the hinterhaus of the apartment block so it's very quiet. It's also 2 minutes walking to the admiralbrucke where it's always nice to hang out. Public transport is close by as well as many nice bars and restaurants.
I'm leaving the apartment at the 14th of September. I'm leaving all my urniture in the apartment and would like to sell that for 300 Euro's. This includes a bed, tables and chairs, closet, complete kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, laundry machine. Also the bathroom has been done not too long ago and has everything you need.
Please send me an email and we'll make an appointment to come check the apartment from next week on. I work during the days so can only meet in the evenings.
The apartment is located on the border between Kreuzberg and Neukolln, in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Berlin. A 5 min walk to Kottbusser Tor (U6 and U2) and right next to the Admiralbrucke.
