I am a Student living in the center of Berlin in the borrow called Kreuzberg wich is famous for its nightlife, culture and good food.
Because I will be travelling over New Years Eve I am renting out my 1-room-apartment (46m²) that comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a big bedroom with a cozy bed that fits with two People and a couch that's able to fit 2 more.
Also there is a laundry machine to do washing if needed.
I am looking for responsible and respectful guests who are looking for a place to stay whilst staying in Berlin. You're welcome to drink beer and wine in the cozy kitchen but please, don't use the place as a party-location. I have dear neighbours I don't want to struggle with :)
The Apartment is located 4 minutes in walking distance to the train Station Kottbusser Tor. From there you can go to the Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes, Warschauerstrasse in 10 minutes and Hermannplatz in 5 minutes. Trains are running all nights on weekends and in festive-season.
But honestly, almost everything you crave for, like good food and coffee-bars or Clubs and bars are reached by walking down the street.
