The studio apartment is located on the 4th floor in the side wing facing the courtyard. The apartment will be let fully furnished. It contains a queensize bed, wardrobe, a sofa with coffee table and a dining table. There is a kitchen with fitted cupboards, stove, oven, fridge. A washing machine is also provided. The tiled bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with original hardwood flooring.

The building is located in a quiet and safe area of Berlin-Kreuzberg, right beside the popular Paul-Lincke-Ufer. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as public transport (subway trains U1/U3 and U8 and bus line M29).
